These yoga mats were first used for Yoga practice in Mysore, India. Cotton rugs have been used for centuries in India for different styles of yoga practice. These elegant and high quality, cotton yoga mats/rugs are tightly woven and hence add extra cushion for sitting postures and better stability for standing postures by absorbing sweat. Mysore Rug/ Mats Provide a non-slippery practice surface for Ashtanga, Bikram, Power, Hot Vinyasa,meditation, decoration, strenuous exercise practice. These colorful cotton rugs can be placed over any yoga mat.
We have designed two types of mats depending upon individual interest. We have named it as Thick Rug / Mat; Thin Rug / Mat depending upon thickness, weight, color; rate.

Washing Instruction
Hand wash is recommended for
mats in cold water only with 2 tea spoons of vinegar(So that it can hold original color), it will tighten up with washing and
drying and will stretch out again when you use for the next few times.

Great Bag was created to accommodate one sticky mat, cotton mat, a towel and your practice cloths. It even has a
large pocket to carry your belongings with adjustable shoulder strap; zip running the length of the bag for easy access. We
also have bags with top opening with the same specifications mentioned below. Available in many different colors, depending
upon each person's interest we will stitch with different materials and golden/silver threaded borders. Most of the bags
carry cotton material until and unless specified.
