We are giving this service from past 15 years, during these days we have come across few questions from our customers. We are always glad to answer these queries in a timely manner.

1) Why do you charge Rs.100 or Rs.200 more? What is the difference between your service & others?

Answer:
- We have vehicles which are maintained very well
- Skilled Drivers with more than 8 years of industry experience, can understand & speak fluent english
- To run legal taxi service, car should carry yellow background color number plate(Privately used cars will carry White Background number plate)
- All the vehicles are equipped with Mobiles, mainly to find whether customers have reached the destination safely
- For safety purpose - Belts should be worn during your full journey, Insurance is also covered for our customers while travelling in taxis.
- White Background number plate cars will not carry insurance for customers, and are illegal for transport use.

2) How much we need to pay if the flight is delayed?

Nominal fee of Rs.250 will be charged, as we loose business & man power for those many number of hours. This again depends upon by how many hours flight got delayed. We do leverages if the flight is delayed by 1hr. You can always reach us on our mobiles, landlines and inform that your trip is delayed by these many number of hrs. If your arrival time has difference more than 5 hours Rs.1000 will be charged as we end up in loosing one full business day.
